Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject import duties and taxes which are not included in the total cost of your order. Any applicable charges will not be covered or reimbursed.

 

 

Returns

 

 

We always want you to be satisfied, so If you need to return an item you can do so for FREE within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order, we will then process your return as soon as possible.

Return requests made outside of our 14 day returns policy can not be accepted. SALE AND CLEARANCE STOCK IS NON REFUNDABLE. Items will need to be returned in the original condition with tags still intact.

 

PLEASE NOTE..

Be careful when trying on your clothes as we cannot refund items that have been marked with tans, make up, deodorant and creams.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund items that have not returned in a saleable condition.
